  • Caution ① Dry the flux at 300~350℃ (572~662°F ) for 60 minutes before use.

    ② In case of multi-layer welding of the thick plate, to prevent cracks, low current and low speed welding should be performed on the lower layer.

    ③ If weld heat input is managed below 31KJ/cm, a better impact toughness can be achieved.

    ④ When restraint stress is high or welding a thick plate, preheat according to rules.

  • Attribute ① Good bead appearance

    ② Easy to remove slag

    ③ Good resistance to pockmarks and pits

    ④ Density : 1.2g/cm3
