Hyundai Welding proudly participated in India Essen Welding & Cutting 2024, held from November 27th to 29th at the Bombay Exhibition Center, Mumbai. Visitors joined us at booth D28 to explore our cutting-edge innovations and industry-leading solutions.
During the event, we showcased an extensive portfolio of advanced welding consumables and equipment tailored for industries such as automotive, heavy equipment, wind energy, shipbuilding, structural engineering, and LNG. Highlights included our innovative consumable packaging options, such as boxes and drum systems, alongside weld specimens of key products. Our equipment lineup featured the highly efficient MIG/MAG welders HG400S and HG500S, as well as the high-capacity AC/DC welder Hi1500SA, designed for subarc applications.
A key milestone announced at the exhibition was the upcoming launch of our new manufacturing facility, Chennstar Private Limited, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Scheduled to commence operations in October 2025, this Indian subsidiary of Hyundai Welding Co., Ltd. will enable us to deliver high-quality FCAW and GMAW products tailored specifically to the Indian market, ensuring faster service and superior customer support.
To further engage with our visitors, we organized interactive activities such as the 'Lucky Draw Event', where winners took home welding helmets, and the 'Spin the Wheel' event, featuring exciting prizes brought directly from Korea.
